Egypt, I guess

Recall that our past two spring breaks here have been spent in Helsinki and Amsterdam. We've decided to do something highly unusual for spring break this year and head south rather than north. We haven't quite finalized the details yet, but it looks like we're going to spend a week and a half or so in Egypt tromping around in the desert, looking at pyramids, and riding camels.

Stace is a little worried about the food, but I've assured her that food in Egypt is exactly the same as food in the United States. Next time you talk to her, tell her that eating in Egypt is just like eating at Olive Garden in Burnsville. If enough of us tell her that, maybe she'll believe it.
