My favorite German word

At the moment, my favorite German word is "einstechen." (The "ei" has a long "i" sound, and the "s" sounds like an "sh.") It means something along the lines of "stick holes in it with your fork." That word sometimes shows up on lunches that I bring to throw in the microwave at work. I'm supposed to "einstechen" the plastic covering before I microwave the food. It just sounds cool and very descriptive of what you're doing, doesn't it?
